GO to JAPAN

今日から講義が始まりました。今週の講師DTSリーダー、アシュリーがDTSについて、私たちがこのDTSで何を学んでいくかについて話してくれます。今日、アウトリーチのグループがきまリました。二つのグループにわかれて、一つはインドへそしてひとつは日本へ行きます。一緒に日本へ行くリーダーはエイミー、そして、男の子２人女の子３人の全部で７人のチームです。
講義が始まって、すごく感謝なことは、前回生徒だったときにはわからなかった言葉が今はわかるようになって、はっきりとメッセージが聞けることです。もちろん、まだまだ成長が必要だけど。あたしが今体験している人生は、あたしが今までに想像したこともないようなことです。神様の恵みははかり知れません。この恵みの中で、さらに成長していきたいです。

A lecture started frin today. A speaker of this week is Ashleigh who are DTS leader and she talk about what are we going to study through this DTS. And one of exciting things today is student decided outreach locationthrough prayer time. We have two team and one is going to India and other is going to Japan!! A leader who are going to lead is Amy and 2 boys students and 3girls students. We are 7 of us in our team.
I 'm really thankful that I can understand lecture more than I had before in my DTS now. A life now I living is as never have imagine.God grace is inestimable! I expect that grow up my faith in his grace more and more.

アロハデーは、ウェルカムパーティーみたいなものです。
そうです！生徒たちが到着して、いよいよ学校が始まりました。
この６ヶ月で彼らが、また私たちスタッフがどう成長していくのか、神様がそれぞれにどんな計画を持ってるのか、わくわくしてたまりません。ここでは外国人で英語もぺらぺらではない私が、そんな風に働くことができるのか？もう、これはあたしの想像を遥かに超えています。ただ、本当にたのしみです。

We had Aloha day today, it as welcome party. Yeah, students arrived and school has started.
I'm so expecting that how much a studnts are changed also staff selves are changed for next 6months. I'm so exciting. I can't imagine me who are not speak good English will work as staff. I have no idea what will happen. But I just really expecting to God.

Lanikai Beach!

昨日はDTSのスタッフと一緒にビーチに行ってきました。DTSのスタッフは全部で８人。その中に２組のカップルがいて、彼らはDTSのリーダーでアウトリーチには行きません。あたしを含めた残り４人が生徒と一緒に外国に行って何かの働きをします。昨日ビーチに行った４人はそのメンバーでした。ケイティはカンザスシティー出身の２３歳。エイミーはカリフォルニア出身の２０歳。イアンはバージニア出身の２１歳、そして日本出身のミチエ２７歳。それぞれ、全然違った個性を持ってるこの４人。どんなチームとなるかが楽しみです。どうか、チームの一致のために祈ってください。アウトリーチの場所もまだ決まっていないので、そのことも覚えてください。

I went to beach with DTS staff. DTS staff are 8 of us, and 4 of them are coupl( there are 2 married couple in DTS staff) and they are not going to outreach. And other 4 of them include me are going to other country and do mission with students. A peapole who went to beach with are it member. Katie from Kanzas city and 23years old, Amy from California ,20 years old ,Ian from Varjenia 21years old and michie from Japan 27years old.I can see that 4 of us has totaly diffrence personality ,calacter so I"m looking farwoard to see what happen to our team and gloup dinamic will be.Please pray for us about team unity.And we are praying for which countryshoukd we go for outreach.Please pray for that too.

STAFF TRAINING

昨日からスタッフトレーニングが始まりました。　ほとんどは、DTSリーダーのフィルとアシュリー（二人はご夫婦）がDTSとは何か、スタッフはどんな姿勢で取り組む必要があるかというような話をしてくれます。
昨日は午前中ずっと話を聞いて、疲れて、午後中寝てしまいました。自分でもびっくり起きたら夕食！
来週の木曜には生徒たちが到着します。ドキドキだけど、楽しみです。

Staff training started since Yesterday. Almost time, Phil and Ashleigh who are DTS leader ( they are married couple) to talk about whta is DTS is , what is need for DTS leader stuff like that.
Yesterday was so tired for staff traning , I went to take a nap and when I realized it , it alreaday dinner time! Wow I slept a lot!
A students are coming on next Thursday. I'm kind of nurvas and also looking farwoard to meet with them.

New friend!

私の友達を紹介します。アンジェラさん２３歳。カナダ出身の彼女はもうすぐハワイに来て一年。ホノルルの丘の上にすんでます。しかも、私が彼女にあったのは今日が初めて。この冬ともに働いたパトリックの友達で、日本にいるときから何度かメールをしていたんだ。
夕方、駐車場を通ったら、いきなり女の子がMiCHIE?と声をかけて来て、それが彼女でした。
実は、2.3日前から少しホームシックになっていました。出発前の慌ただしい学校のなかで、特にやることもなかった私。久しぶりのウェスタンカルチャーの中で、気軽に話しかけること、話しかけられることに、何だかちょっと違和感をかんじていたのかもしれない。
彼女とすごした時間は本当に楽しくて、あっという間でした。ずっと長く知っている友達みたい。出会いは神様からのプレゼントだとすごく思います。神様からもらったこのプレゼントを大切にしたいな。
この前東京に行くバスの中で出会った麗子さんがメールをくれました。これもすてきなプレゼント。

I got friend!! She name is Angela 23years old. She from Canada and she has been Hawaii for almost 1year.She lives in top of hill in Honolulu. She is friend of Patrick who worked at Northstar with. We emailed couple of times before.
At evening I worked through parking lot and the girl called me MICHIE?.That was Angela.
Sinca last few days I was kind of home sick, becasue of the school was kind of busy and I had nothing to do or it was calucher as so much social.
Anyway the time I spend with her was so much fun and I felt as I knew her long time. I want to hang out with her alot.
I really feel that meeting friend is gift of God. and I want to become this gift from God will my presure.(it means not like only looking for this,it is like want to look important because it is from God like that , English explan is sometimes hard .YOu can teach me!)
I got email from Reiko who I met in bus on the way to Tokyo. This is one of the gift too.

待っていました太陽

今日も朝から大雨！今週はなにも予定がないあたしは、外にも行かれず部屋に缶詰状態。
神さま、青空を見せてくださいって祈ったりして。でも、ゆっくり聖書を読み、編み物をしたりして。
川は洪水寸前で、川の横にある男の子たちの部屋からは荷物を全部別の場所に移したりしてた。

午後になって部屋でニッキー（一緒にカンボジアに行ったクラスメイト、今はここでスタッフしている）と話していたら、外で騒いでる声がする。なんと青空！！！！さっきまで大雨だったのに！！！
少し散歩にいきました。神様、青空をみせてくれてありがとう。

It was hard rain this Morning. I was stucking in room because I didn't have to do anything. I just prayed that God I want to see blue sky anyway,I had relaxing time as reading bible ,making cap.There is boys house near creak and the creak was almost over flow.So they moved there stuff to class room.

In the afternoon, I was talking with Nicky who went to Cambodia toghter when we were DTS, We heard that someone talking at outside. It was pretty blue sky out side!!! It was hard raining just before that.
I went to walk while and Thankful to God for seeing me awesome blue sky.
